Save your work by clicking 'File' and 'Save As,' then specifying the file name and save location on your computer. Right-click on any nontext fields you want to edit, and import images and position them with the 'Pictures' or 'Clip Art' icons. Delete the filler text in the Return and Recipient address fields, and type your business address in the Return address box.

Scroll down to view and edit the address pane.

Click on any nontext windows to change their size or color using your mouse and the menus that appear when you right-click the fields. Position and size these images with your mouse. Import pictures using the 'Insert' toolbar and the 'Pictures' or 'Clip Art' icon if you want to add images to your postcard. Click on the thumbnail of the postcard template that you decide on to open it in the main Publisher window.Дelete the filler text on the information pane of the postcard and type your own text in its place, or leave rows blank if you wish. Click on the 'All Marketing' or 'All Real Estate' folders if you want to see more templates in those categories. Look through the thumbnails and choose among the postcard templates.

Select 'Installed and Online Templates' from the pull-down menu at the top left of this page. Click 'Postcards' at the farthest right of the 'Most Popular' category of templates on the page that appears to the right of the File menu.
